Echoes of Tabriz is a 25 cm ceramic plate created using the traditional Unterglasurmalerei (underglaze painting) technique. This vibrant artwork draws direct inspiration from the tile patterns of the iconic Blue Mosque (Kabud Mosque) in Tabriz, known for its dazzling blue and turquoise ornamentation.

The plate features a symmetrical floral motif enclosed in an ornate frame, with sharp contrasts between cobalt blue, deep black, bright orange, and emerald green. The design radiates balance and reverence, mimicking the sacred geometry often seen in Persian-Islamic architecture.

Fired twice—first at 900°C and then at 1080°C—this handcrafted piece preserves historical artistry while offering a modern, decorative utility.
