Echoes of Innocence

Echoes of Innocence is a two-piece ceramic set featuring a 20 cm bowl and a 25 cm plate. Created using Unterglasurmalerei (underglaze painting) and detailed Prägung (engraving), this set took two months to complete, involving two firing stages for durability and vibrance.

The central figures—two stylized children—are framed by flocks of birds and blossoming branches in a rhythmic, flowing design. Rendered in delicate blue and turquoise tones, the piece evokes classical Persian miniatures with a contemporary ceramic twist.

This artwork is a celebration of childhood, memory, and traditional storytelling—encapsulated in functional objects of beauty and history.
