1. Scope of Collaboration and Artist Eligibility

These terms apply to artists who offer their physical or digital artworks for representation, consignment, or sale through the ilinkify platform.

Consignment may be:

  • Physical, with artworks stored at our gallery or office, or

  • Remote, where the artist retains the artwork and ships it upon sale or request.

Artists must fully own the rights to the works and confirm that all submitted pieces are original and legally eligible for sale.

2. Accepted Artwork Types and Storage Options

We accept:

  • Digital artworks (including AI-generated art)

  • Physical artworks (shipped upon sale or stored at our facility)

  • Limited edition works with certificates of authenticity

Artworks may be:

  • Physically stored at our location (upon agreement)

  • Digitally hosted on our platform

  • Retained by the artist until requested or sold

For sold works, artists are responsible for careful packaging and shipping either to the customer or to ilinkify, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Sales & Commission Structure

When an artwork is sold through ilinkify:

  • Commission: ilinkify retains a commission on the final sale price (typically 30%, negotiable depending on the artwork type).

  • Artist Payout: The remaining 70% (or agreed percentage) will be transferred to the artist within 14 business days after successful delivery and customer confirmation.

  • Payments can be made via SEPA transfer, Wise, or PayPal.

  • Any applicable transaction or currency conversion fees may be deducted from the artist’s share.

4. Tax Responsibilities

Artists are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on their income according to their country’s regulations.

  • EU-based artists must provide a valid VAT number if applicable.

  • Annual sales statements can be provided upon request.

  • For artists residing in Austria, ilinkify may report or withhold taxes as required by the Austrian Tax Office (Finanzamt).

5. Long-Term Collaboration & Artwork Acquisition

ilinkify may offer select artists:

  • Exclusive acquisition of specific works or series

  • Long-term collaboration agreements, renewable annually

  • Participation in curated online and physical exhibitions

Agreements can be initiated in two phases:

  • Initial agreement via email: The artist sends a signed draft to info@ilinkify.com.

  • Final signature must be completed within 6 months, either in person at our Vienna office or via certified digital platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.

Contract terms are personalized based on portfolio strength, professionalism, and long-term potential.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

All copyrights remain with the artist.

ilinkify is granted the non-exclusive right to:

  • Display, promote, and sell artworks on its platform and affiliated channels

  • Use artwork images for promotional, editorial, and exhibition purposes

Any reproduction rights, resale licenses, or commercial uses beyond these terms require separate written permission.

7. Termination & Artwork Removal

Artists may request the removal of listed artworks with a 14-day written notice, as long as no sale is pending.

ilinkify also reserves the right to delist any artwork that violates its policies or does not meet quality standards.

Upon termination, all pending payments will be processed for completed sales.

9. How to Submit Your Work for Review

If you are interested in having your artworks reviewed for inclusion on the ilinkify platform — either for consignment, private collector network sales, or long-term collaboration — please email us with the following:

  • A brief artist résumé (preferably in English)

  • Images or links to sample artworks

  • Website and/or Instagram profile

  • Your full name, email address, and phone number
