1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through www.ilinkify.com. They apply to both consumers and business clients worldwide unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products and Services Offered

Our website offers:

  • Original physical artworks (decorative, applied, or antique)

  • Digital artworks, including AI-generated art

  • Custom art commissions

  • Art consultation services

  • Certificates of authenticity and provenance

Each item is either a unique piece or part of a limited series. Variations in color, texture, or execution may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods include:
Credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, prepayment, Klarna (where available).
Full payment is due upon order confirmation.

4. Contract Formation

A contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the product. Merely displaying a product on the website does not constitute a binding offer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally.
Delivery times are product-specific and listed during checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

6. Return Policy

Artworks are non-returnable due to their unique, custom-made, or digital nature, in line with Section 18 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
Returns are only accepted in specific cases outlined in our Return Policy for Artworks, including shipping damage or incorrect delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to Section 18 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized artworks

  • Digital content provided via download

  • Antique or sensitive items
    If applicable, valid return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting documentation.

8. Retention of Title

All items remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Copyright and Usage Rights

All artworks are protected by copyright.
Purchasing an artwork grants ownership of the physical or digital item but does not include reproduction or commercial rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For other claims, we are only liable in cases of gross negligence or intent.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
